My Teaching Techniques & Methods: Break down complex theories (Learning, Memory, Disorders) into step-by-step frameworks, Replace jargon with real-life analogies, Connect textbook concepts to personal experiences (“Classical conditioning = exam anxiety triggers”), Practice CBSE/DU questions during class, Use diagrams, mnemonics, and keyword drills for high-mark answers.
