About Ridhi

Hi! I'm a Psychology undergraduate at King's College London with a genuine passion for understanding human behaviour and helping students achieve their academic goals. Alongside my degree, I have experience tutoring students, contributing to psychology research projects, and working on mental health and wellbeing initiatives.

I enjoy making psychology engaging and accessible by breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable ideas. My teaching style is patient, supportive and interactive and I encourage students to ask questions, think critically and build confidence in their abilities rather than simply memorising information.

Beyond tutoring, my involvement in research has strengthened my understanding of psychological theory, research methods and statistics, while my work in mental health education has reinforced the importance of empathy, communication and adapting to individual needs.

Whether you're looking to improve your understanding of psychology or prepare for exams, I'm committed to creating a positive learning environment where you can reach your full potential.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, learning style and goals. I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in psychology. Rather than focusing solely on memorisation, I encourage students to understand key concepts, think critically about psychological theories and studies, and apply their knowledge to exam-style questions.

I have experience tutoring students and am currently pursuing a Psychology degree at King's College London. Alongside my studies, I have been involved in psychology research projects, mental health education initiatives and academic writing, which have strengthened my understanding of both psychological theory and research methods.

Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if needed. During lessons, I use a combination of explanation, discussion, active recall, practice questions and exam technique training to help students strengthen both their understanding and performance.

My lessons are suitable for secondary school and sixth-form students studying Psychology, including ISC, GCSE and A-Level students. Whether you are aiming to improve your grades, prepare for exams or deepen your understanding of psychology, I will work with you to develop a personalised learning plan that helps you achieve your goals.
