About Andrew

I have several years experience of delivering multi-day training courses and delivering presentations in front of audiences up to several hundred people.

I have given sales proposal presentations for prospective contracts worth tens of millions of pounds so am very well versed in high pressure presentation situations.

I have been guiding people in presenting and public speaking for several years.

I will be a patient and kind tutor to help you make big strides in your presentation skills.

About the lesson

Lots of people at least occasionally, have to give presentations or do some form of public speaking. This can be very nerve racking.

We'll work together to look at how you present currently and how we can make some simple changes to make you feel much more confident and present in a much more polished and confident way.

While everyone has their own presentation style there are some easy technical things that can be taught that can make a huge difference to how you are perceived when presenting.

These 'technical' things are things like; tone, speed and cadence of speech, pronunciation, body language (movement, posture, expressiveness, eye contact) phrase type, repetition, structure and flow.

This sounds complicated to manage at the same time but it can be done by everyone!

Learning should be relaxed and fun, and any specific goals that you have will also be included. The lessons of course will provide you with plenty of opportunity to practice which I can then use to provide you valuable feedback.

I have helped people from many different areas improve their presentation skills, in both their professional and personal lives. These include business executives all the way through to nervous best men (this has somehow become something of a speciality!).

I am also very happy to help work with you to refine and perfect a specific speech you have to deliver, looking at the language, structure and messaging.
