About Jackson
Hey hey! Public speaking can be scary. Practising it with me doesn’t have to be.
I’m Jackson. I started performing in Mandarin storytelling competitions when I was seven, and I’ve since built much of my life around communication and performance: as a public speaking coach, event host, pianist, and professional beatboxer. I’ve worked with everyone from first-time speakers to executives preparing for major conferences.
My sessions are practical, supportive, and actually pretty fun. You’ll speak, we’ll figure out what’s working, fix what isn’t, and make sure you leave knowing what to do next.

You can book a session for:
**An upcoming presentation or speech**
Bring me the real thing. It could be a work presentation, sales pitch, keynote, interview, workshop, wedding speech, or anything else that involves people looking at you while you try to remember how words work. I'll listen as an audience member would and give you feedback.
We can work on:
• What you actually want the audience to understand
• Structure, clarity, and flow
• Openings, transitions, and endings
• Delivery that feels natural instead of overly rehearsed
• Nerves, pacing, presence, and likely questions
• How to practise without repeating the entire presentation 46 times
**Ongoing public speaking practice**
You don’t need an upcoming presentation to become a better speaker.
For ongoing sessions, I’ll give you a speaking prompt or challenge to prepare. You’ll deliver your version, I’ll usually do the exercise too, and then we’ll compare our choices and break down what happened.
You’re also welcome to use AI to help you get started. In fact, I’ll give you the prompt I use. We’ll learn how to take a decent AI draft and turn it into something clearer, more personal, and much less like it was written by a very enthusiastic corporate robot.
These sessions are a good fit if you want consistent practice, direct feedback, and new techniques you can carry into future presentations.
**A specific communication challenge**
Maybe presentations aren’t the main problem. Maybe you struggle to explain an idea in meetings, speak with confidence, answer questions on the spot, tell a story without wandering into another dimension, or sound like yourself when the pressure is on.
We can work on that too.
You don’t need a finished speech or a perfectly defined goal. Bring me the situation that keeps giving you trouble, and we’ll build the session around it.
My goal isn’t to turn you into a perfectly polished “public speaker.” It’s to help you think clearly, communicate like yourself, and feel much more prepared the next time people are listening.
