About Chantel

I am a Public Speaking Coach focused on helping individuals build confidence in how they communicate and express themselves.

I understand how challenging speaking can feel, especially when confidence is low or there is a fear of being judged. My work is centred around creating a calm, supportive space where you can develop your voice and grow in confidence at your own pace.

My approach combines practical communication techniques with a strong focus on mindset and self-belief. I help you not only improve how you speak, but also how you feel when speaking — so that your confidence grows naturally over time.

I am committed to providing a professional, encouraging, and non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable to practise, improve, and develop your skills.

My aim is to help you communicate more clearly, feel more confident, and express yourself in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.

About the lesson

My public speaking coaching sessions are designed to help you build confidence, express yourself clearly, and feel more comfortable speaking in front of others.

Whether you struggle with nerves, overthinking, or self-doubt when speaking, these sessions create a supportive space for you to develop your voice and communication skills at your own pace.

Each session is tailored to you and your goals. We can focus on real-life situations such as presentations, interviews, meetings, or general confidence when speaking.

In our sessions, we may:
• Work through speaking nerves and build confidence
• Improve clarity, tone, and delivery
• Practise speaking in a structured and supportive way
• Identify and shift self-doubt or fear around being heard
• Develop techniques to stay calm and present while speaking

Sessions are held online and are designed to be practical, encouraging, and focused on real progress.

This is not about becoming perfect — it’s about becoming more confident, more natural, and more comfortable expressing yourself.

My coaching is best suited for:
- Adults (18+)
- Individuals who feel nervous or lack confidence when speaking
- Those preparing for presentations, interviews, or important conversations
- Anyone wanting to improve their communication skills in a supportive environment
- The goal is to help you speak more confidently, clearly, and authentically — without feeling overwhelmed.
