About Jasmine

Hi I'm Jasmine- I'm a communication and public speaking coach with a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics and an MSc in Strategic Quality Management.

My qualifications:
- Public speaking & facilitation coaching certification
- Soft skills coaching certification
- Currently completing a certificate in neuropsychology, which increasingly shapes how I coach performance under pressure

What draws me to this work is simple: I've seen too many capable professionals freeze, over-explain, or lose their composure in high-stakes moments — not because they lack skill, but because nobody ever taught them what's actually happening in their brain in that moment. I bring a calm, clear coaching style, and years of genuine comfort on camera and in front of groups, into every session.

Outside coaching: I'm into fitness (8+ years in the gym & yoga) and languages — I speak Spanish and I'm currently relearning Swahili — so if you're working on your own goals alongside communication skills, that's relatable territory for me too!

I coach professionals on communicating effectively under pressure — in meetings, presentations, and moments where an unexpected question or high-stakes conversation can throw you off. My approach is grounded in psychology and brain science, not generic tips like "be confident" or "make eye contact."

What we focus on:
- Understanding what's actually happening in your brain and body under pressure
- Identifying your specific pressure points (e.g. senior stakeholder meetings, curveball questions, high-stakes conversations)
- Practical, evidence-informed techniques you can use immediately
- Applying those techniques to real scenarios you're likely to face

Who this is for: working professionals — managers, executives, or anyone whose role involves presenting, pitching, or speaking up in high-stakes settings — who want to feel composed and clear when it matters most, not just "less nervous.
