About Allen
I've owned my own businesses and trained people in a few industries. From being Ringmaster in a circus, winning a berth to a national speech tournament, and performing in many plays, I bring a broad depth of speaking background and skills.
Some of the same tools for public speaking will definitely benefit anyone making business presentation and being interviewed for a new position. Every student I have prepped for interviews has gotten their new position or into their school of choice.
I also design cooking recipes and have written many articles for websites about food. Having owned and operated restaurants for years, my extensive experience is a valuable resource.

Public speaking can be scary, but there are things that can mitigate that. Preparation, practice and planning are the things I will walk through with you. From competitive speech in school to business presentation and interviews; I can teach you how to navigate these effectively.
First it is worth exploring what nervousness does to you. Honestly, it is impossible to make all that go away. But and this is an important but, you can be mentally ready for what happens and use some that to your favor. That's where I come in. The best way to overcome nervousness is to prepare.
You will get the benefit of my strength as a coach, guiding you through this process, and giving you the toolkit to excel.
