The key factor that hinders the capability of public speaking in a person is stage fear. My first approach will be to drive away that fear by conducting various exercises. Then the second factor is choosing appropriate effective vocabulary as we speak which will influence the crowd. My second approach will be to instil that skill in you to make you a very influential and strong public speaker.
