About Joey
I am passionate about music and remember my first guitar teacher with great fondness, but also found it hard to find another teacher like him. I am keen to share this fun (but focused!) way of learning with others, and hopefully inspire people to carry on playing the instrument.

Song based learning - learn to play your favourite songs and learn the instrument at the same time! Casual learning tailored to your personal tastes. Guitar/Music theory learned practically alongside learning real songs.
20-45 min lessons.
I am published songwriter, having written songs for and with major label acts, recording guitars in a studio setting. Can also incorporate songwriting technique into lessons. Also have live experience having played shows of all sizes for a number of years, most recently as a solo artist.
Mon-Friday availability but very flexible to fit your needs.
