About Leo
Hello! I'm studying History and Politics at Oxford. I have been tutoring for 2 years. Most recently 4 prospective Oxbridge students, all of whom received offers from Oxford or Cambridge.
I have a background in professional Politics, speaking in Parliament as a youth MP, and being published in national newspapers as a political commentator. I've worked for a year in Business, offering academic consultancy for clients including the Royal Family of the UAE, and creating educational content for a think tank, based in Cambridge.
My specialities range from History to English, Philosophy to Politics.
I have received A/A* grades pre-university.

I'm a student who's been through it all before and flourished.
You learn best when you think, and you think best when you are engaged. When teaching I prioritise helping a student familiarise themselves with ways to think creatively to reach a high mark mindset.
Lessons with me involve lots of discussion and debate, engaging students with the topic and material in profound ways, allowing students to not only internalise information but also to assemble it. I also ensure that all the content that is covered but in ways that ensure content really stays with a student. Ultimately, you don't learn when your brain turns off, which means my sessions are always fast passed, and oftentimes... fun!
I offer lessons through to A-Level, so if it's getting ahead of the pack in year 9 or revision for the big exam, I have you covered. 1/1 and small groups preferred.
