About Lizzy
I am a second year honors Mechanical Engineering student at Purdue University, minoring in Educational Studies and Mathematics. I tutored high school math for 4 years, as well as physics on the side. I have taken all math classes up differential equations, and 3 years of physics classes (including AP calculus-based physics). Additionally, my education minor has given me advanced experience in the teaching realm.

When sitting down with a student to help them, I start by familiarizing myself with the content they are learning. I have the student communicate where their struggles are, and target those first. This can be done through working out homework problems or explaining the concepts in new ways. Then, we work out more practice problems until the student is confident.
