About Samuel
In my junior year of high school I co-founded a programming club where I lectured weekly lessons. That experience taught me how to explain unfamiliar concepts clearly and break down complicated problems into simple steps. I focus on identifying where a student gets stuck and building understanding from that point. Additionally, I emphasize problem-solving strategies students can apply independently. My lessons combine concept review, guided practice, and test-taking strategy.
In terms of test scores, I scored a 1510 on the SAT including a 770 in math and a 790 math score on a separate sitting. Moreover, I’ve also earned 5s in AP Calculus BC, AP Physics C, and AP Computer Science A.
