About Jhonatan
I am a teacher of Purna Yoga and Yoga Therapy and I believe in Yoga as a powerful methodology for personal transformation and therapeutic healing, so I invite you to surrender and experience this transformation, as I apply all aspects of this science and philosophy in classes, which go beyond postures and include conscious breathing, mindfulness meditation, Vedic philosophy for practical life, ayurveda tips and purification mantras, if the student permits, in this way I promote a physical and mental revolution working the Being integrally, just as I was taught and have been practicing daily.

I am trained in purna Yoga by the Anglo-Hindu philosophy master Sri Aurobindo in an internal retreat of more than 500 hours. This Yoga promotes a personal revolution in the Being working on all aspects of your practical life. The idea is that the practitioner can use all his skills according to his level and dexterity, to evolve his conscience, regardless of his belief and religion, working on general aspects of life during any form of practicing Yoga. I apply in face-to-face and online classes the same set of techniques already mentioned previously to help you discover your physical, mental and energetic essence, always respecting the capabilities and limits of the student, so the classes are suitable for all levels, ages and conditions , as described in anamnesis form.
