The best method that I always use in my class is to create a healthy environment where every student can feel free to ask any doubts without any hesitation.
My class will be organized in three steps-
1) Previous day recall
2) New concept
3) Class Doubt & Practice
4) Homework Session
My class is generally intended with focus on school children however college students and adults can feel free to join if they want to.
My credentials is that I have an experience of teaching for 1 year which would be beneficial to solve your doubts easily as I am already familiar with some of your doubts.
