Perfect! Ms. Lekha's friendly, structured and well organized teaching style is very difficult to find in teachers. She is able to explain and convey the point. She frequently asks questions which helps in the total understand and concentration of my child. At the start of the class she reviews all material leant in the previous class and by the end of each class recaps the newly learnt material. This practice helps my child in remembering everything. The classes are well structured and the course plan was excellent. Ms. Lekha was able to plan and structure a course according to our time and needs, which was outstanding.
Ms. Lekha is very polite and calm with my child, she teaches slowly which helps my child understand difficult concepts. I have not met a teacher who is as good at teaching children as Ms. Lekha.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I'm handling Python Programming as my main subject. But, I'm also teaching C, C ++ and Java. I personally developed my interest in programming world from my school days by the concern shown by my teachers.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My school teacher, Ms. Yogitha . She used to conduct presentations in our class when my in 9th standard . From that experience I realized that I have a good skill in teaching. And showed a great interest in all seminars and presentations in schools as well as in college.
How does your work help society?
In the current society, the more you know the more you survive. They are students who literally poor in programming field, But have a great interest in it. The problem is they are in need of a perfect teacher who can understand their problem and give them individual care. My methodology of teaching always has a individual care and satisfies the need of the particular student.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
I don't have a role model, But I used to gain motivation from my inspiration persons. They are the Korean Boy Band Group called BTS (singer's). Their songs will always help me to keep my self high and should not give up it. I started to trust and love myself by hearing their songs.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
I do pencil sketching, painting and love dancing.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
While I'm starting this online tuition site, They were many hindrances to face. I thought of many possible ways to overcome it and now I'm just moving on. When I completed my online python programming course in Udemy, I thought that the things I have learnt should be helpful for others too… So I decided to teach through online and now I'm teaching many students with great joy and happiness.
