About Leah
My name is Leah Tibbets. I am a professional freelance Full-stack web developer and machine learning engineer. I have worked with the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease on data visualization with Mathplotlib in Python, created AI chatbots for businesses, and worked with Google's Mediapipe to build Computer Vision programs for clients having to do with facial mapping and hand gesture recognition. I also have a substantial background as a cybersecurity engineer and bug bounty hunter, for which I use Python to build the tools I use in my work. I would love to help you achieve your goals for your future in programming, and can provide not only the knowledge but the experience necessary to land an entry-level programming job as a Jr. Python developer or Front-end / Full-stack web developer. About the lesson

Starting with the basics, I gradually build on core concepts of computer programming. I start with the basics of HTML and CSS, then move on to Python, then to OOP with Python. After we learn the basics of the language we take a deep-dive into Bootstrap 5, study databases and options for databases, and then move on to Python Flask, gradually building to more advanced topics like AI chatbots and sentiment analysis with Machine Learning. Each lesson will have a project, as well as coding challenges that students can show off on their Github portfolio which we will build together! I will also go over job hunting in the programming world and what to expect in interviews in order to prepare students for a real-world experience.
