About Sean
Through out all these year in the industry with meeting a lot of fresh graduates and people. There were some talents whom can adapt and produce work well. But sadly this remain to be a small number of people.
Often, majority will require 1-2 years to be able to be really productive in the working environment. This situations happen not just other engineering graduates, but computer science majoring software engineering. There's some condition with our educational system, which it is aim to cover a wide topic in basics without understanding what the industry needs.
This is the begin of my path of programming classes lessons, with the vision that our young generation will be capable of delivering good work upon they joining the work force. The up-bringing of the country always rely on next generation.
