About Ariella
Hi! I'm Ariella, a second-year Chemical Engineering student at The University of Queensland (GPA: 6.5/7). I have a passion for helping others learn and have experience both tutoring students and teaching swimming, which has strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit each individual's needs and learning style. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, build confidence, and develop a genuine understanding of the subject rather than simply memorizing answers. I enjoy breaking down challenging concepts into simple, manageable steps and celebrating each student's progress along the way.

I specialise in finding different approaches to suit my child's learning needs, and individualising my teaching style how they learn. Typical duration of a lesson is 1 hour, as this gives enough time to review what was learnt last time, and learn new skills. Child must be willing to study outside of tutoring session (for Y10+).
