About Sancysharma
I am a Quality Council of India (Government of India) accredited Senior Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience. Trained over 20,000 practitioners across all age groups in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and holistic wellness, with extensive outreach across Northern India and online sessions for participants from 20+ countries. My journey began with a strong academic background before I found my true calling in yoga. Today, I am passionate about making yoga and holistic wellness accessible to people of every age, background, and walk of life, using it as a tool for healing, empowerment, and lasting positive change.

My teaching approach blends traditional Hatha Yoga with Pranayama, breathwork, and guided meditation to create a holistic experience for every student. Each class begins with gentle warm-ups, moves into structured asana practice focused on posture alignment, and closes with breathwork and relaxation for deep stress relief. My sessions are personalized to individual body types, fitness levels, and goals, making them suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Having trained over 20,000 students across all age groups, I focus on making yoga accessible, safe, and transformative for everyone, whether you're seeking physical fitness, mental clarity, or long-term wellbeing.
