About Wendy
Qualified in 1993, worked in hospitals for several years, specialised in ICU, then did Home nursing for several years. Also worked in a home for mentally handicapped. Lately specialised in home care for disabled individuals, the elderly, dementia, Alzheimer's. I have also been involved in a charity organisation providing HIV care and counselling and trained caregivers to do home care. We developed a week-long course that was later taken on by the Department of Health and adapted to their needs.

I can teach you to be a caregiver from scratch or I can assist you with your course-work in obtaining a nursing qualification. I can also provide advice on how to handle difficult patients, especially elderly persons with dementia/Alzheimers'/mental or physical handicap.
