I completed both my Masters and my teaching training at the University of Cambridge, which informs my practice with the most current research-based teaching strategies which leads to academic success. What makes me stand out from other tutors is that I have a talent for chunking and clarifying complex concepts into manageable pieces, making it easier for my students to understand and retain what they've learned. Whether you're struggling with a specific topic or need help with an entire subject, I'm here to help you succeed. My approach to tutoring is highly personalised and focused on helping you achieve your desired marks. I believe that everyone has the potential to succeed, and I work closely with my students to identify their unique strengths and weaknesses, so that we can develop a customised learning plan that works for them. My lessons are very much dependent on my initial assessment of the students, but usually involve discussions and activities to identify areas that need developing, explicitly teaching the material that students need help with, checking their understanding, then providing lots of opportunities to practise the content, leading to exam practice by emphasising on examination techniques. I truly believe that everyone is capable of succeeding in their GCSEs and A level with hard work and the right guidance. I am confident that my experience and genuine passion in science will help my students grow their confidence and achieve great results. About the lesson

I recently graduated from the University of Cambridge and have experience in tutoring Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I am also happy to provide tutoring on Oxbridge/Russell Group applications, interview, and provide personal statement feedback. If you need help during exam preparations, I could also provide sessions focused on answering techniques and revision guidance. I believe I can make your academic experience enjoyable but also succeed in it. Being a self-taught student, I managed to score 3 A* for Biology, Maths, and Chemistry at A-Levels. I am dedicated and consistent with my work, which is reflected by my success (first class) in my undergraduate studies at Imperial College London. I also received the Convener's prize for achieving the highest score amongst my peers in the subject of Principles of Development. The secret to doing well in A levels or GCSE is simple: understanding and practising. I wish to emphasise these two aspects to help my students gain confidence in these subjects. I am patient and articulate so I am prepared to help you understand concepts that trouble you.
