About Purab
Hi, I am Purab, a dedicated Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Intern, currently treating 15+ patients daily in a clinical and hospital setting. My daily hands-on experience under senior supervision gives me a deep understanding of orthopedics, anatomy, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
I don't believe in quick-fix medicines or intense gym routines that cause injuries. Instead, I use clinical knowledge to design gentle, highly effective 10-minute daily movement plans that fit busy schedules. Whether you are a software engineer sitting for 10 hours, a gamer, or someone recovering from minor joint stiffness, I am here to guide you safely.

In my virtual sessions, I focus on scientific and evidence-based exercises to fix poor posture (like text-neck or slouched shoulders) and relieve persistent back/neck stiffness.
