My name is a dedicated and experienced educator with a Higher Diploma in Education and over 40 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about helping learners build confidence, improve understanding, and achieve academic success.
I specialize in Technology (Grades 8–9), Technical Drawings, and Engineering Graphics and Design (EGD) (Grades 10–12). With many years of classroom and teaching experience, I understand that every learner is unique. For this reason, I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s individual pace, learning style, and academic needs.
My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and results-driven. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into simple, understandable steps while encouraging learners to ask questions and actively participate. Lessons are structured, practical, and designed to strengthen understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and prepare students for tests and examinations.
Students can expect professional guidance, clear explanations, revision support, and assistance with assignments, technical drawings, and examination preparation. My goal is not only to improve marks but also to help learners gain confidence and enjoy the learning process.

What makes me unique as a teacher is my many years of teaching experience, patience, and ability to explain technical and practical subjects clearly. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.
I am proficient in English and Afrikaans and can teach in both languages according to the learner’s preference.
