About Katrina
I have been working as an ESL teacher since October 2011. I gained my TEFL certificate in Granada, Spain where I then went on to work in a Language academy and also tutor private students for 7 years. I returned to Glasgow in 2018 and began teaching students from all over the world at a private language school in the city centre.
In January 2021 I decided to set up my own tutoring business from home, teaching both students in the UK and further afield.
Through my exam preparation lessons I have helped many students achieve the mark they need and with General English classes enable students to improve and feel more confident with their English skills.

Hello! I'm Katrina. I'm a qualified EFL teacher with more than nine years experience and a BA honours in Psychology and Geography. I'm based in East Kilbride near Glasgow and I offer English classes online from my classroom at home.
Classes range from General English to Exam Preparation for IELTS, OET, Official Cambridge exams. I also offer classes for young learners. Most of my classes are one to one but group classes can also be arranged.
My lessons are focused on the individual needs of students as I take a student centred approach.
