My approach to tutoring is client-centred, structured, and evidence-based. I begin by assessing each individual’s goals, current ability, and learning style, then tailor sessions to suit their needs. I use clear demonstrations, simple explanations, and progressive coaching cues to ensure understanding, correct technique, and confidence. Lessons combine practical application with theory where appropriate, and I encourage questions and feedback to support continuous learning.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, though session length can be adapted depending on goals, experience level, or schedule. Each session is planned to be efficient and focused, with clear objectives and measurable progress.
I hold two ITEC Level 2 qualifications in Fitness Instructing (including Group-Based Exercise) and Personal Training, and I am currently in Year 4 of a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and Strength and Conditioning. I have extensive experience working across all areas of fitness, including weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, and general health, with a wide range of clients.
Lessons are suitable for beginners to advanced individuals, including teenagers and adults, whether they are new to exercise, returning after time off, or looking to improve performance, strength, or overall fitness. Sessions can be delivered one-to-one or in group settings and are always adapted to the individual’s ability and goals.
