About Julie
I am a French native and former qualified French and Spanish secondary teacher. I worked in varied schools around London teacher both these languages to KS3, KS4 and KS5 students.
By being a French native, you can be certain my French level will be excellent. I have also studied English language, literature and civilisation for my bachelor's degree, meaning that I know how the English language works which is very useful to bring comparisons and similarities between French and English. This allows me to explain better how the language works to students. You often find that English speakers know how to speak their language but cannot explain it. Specific grammar terms are often missing, but because I studied English and learnt all these terms, I can teach that too when needed before teaching another language. These are skills that I think make a difference when learning a language.

Lessons will be an hour long and will be tailored arounds your needs: to help with you achieve better grades, help with homework if needed, specific points that need to be addressed and speaking and pronunciation skills will obviously be practised too.
I am a qualified French and Spanish teacher and I have worked in varied secondary schools around London, with KS3, KS4 and KS5 students. So I can help students that struggle in language lessons, help them understand better, practice more in a different setting and feel more confident to speak. I can help in preparing GCSE exams, working on grammar points, speaking and listening skills and practising past exam papers, same thing goes for A levels exams.
With me, you get to have a native French speaker that has school experience. I am friendly and easy to talk to, so I will be able to make you feel comfortable and confident in your language skills.
