I am a qualified French secondary school teacher with QTS and PGCE. I can tutor all levels and ages looking to improve in French generally, or any pupils wishing to do GSCE or A Level French.

About Evelyn
I studied History and French at university and spent a year abroad in France. This developed not only my level of fluency, but also a love for language learning and travel. Having taught French as a secondary school teacher, I have an in depth knowledge of the exam syllabus and experience getting grade 9s and A* at GCSE and A Level. I enjoy returning to the basics of language learning as well as seeing my students grow in ability.

I focus on a traditional and holistic approach to language learning which combines the four skills (listening, reading, speaking and writing). I am also happy to focus on a specific area in which you want to learn and improve. My experience as a secondary school teacher is based on the school curriculum (including GCSE and A Level) and building the four skills with a focus on school exams. However, I am also open to teaching all ages and levels who wish to learn and improve in French more generally.
