I believe a lot in the Student-approach method of teaching. To me if a student is well followed up with, then there's no concept he/she can't understand which makes the process more convenient for the intake of new knowledge.

Many at times, we never build the necessary confidence to learn or acquire a language because a couple of tutors focus in the 'writing' aspect alone ignoring the 'speaking' aspect which happens to be the very essence of language *communication* not just passing exam
