About Natasha Rose
I'm a qualfied Hatha yoga teacher with 200 hrs of experience, 50 hours restorative yoga, 150 hours MBSR Mindfulness teacher and a member of the yoga alliance. I have been teaching for two years. I have mostly taught small groups in my classes and one to one. I teach with therapy in mind as an approach for healing the mind and body. From my classes, my students have seen noticeable results in their health, anxiety, stress and fitness.

60-minute class on stress and anxiety relief. Mindfulness based Hatha Yoga
Yoga’s is a type of therapy used as an alternative or alongside traditional cognitive therapies. This class is suitable for all abilities. This class is focused on the Mindfulness Hatha Yoga combining mindfulness teaching compassion and kindness with inquiry. Hatha working through cardio postures of (asana) We will go through modifications whilst in the postures for alternative options. This style of yoga works your entire body including aiding digestion and internal organs whilst stressing your fascia connective tissue to encourage relaxation.
