About Elina

In 2014, I made the bold decision to leave behind a successful corporate career to pursue yoga and mindfulness—a choice born from a deep sense of unfulfillment in my job. At the time, I was also navigating a difficult divorce, and when I was made redundant, I saw it as a pivotal moment to reimagine the life I truly wanted to live. Through the challenges of feeling like I wasn’t enough, I found my strength in mindfulness, self-compassion, and kindness. These practices not only helped me heal but also reshaped how I approached life. I realized my heart's true calling was to empower other women, especially those experiencing major life transitions, to live the life they truly desire. When I began coaching women in 2019, it became clear: this is what I’m meant to do. This isn’t just my passion—it’s my purpose.

About the lesson

I provide clients with a safe and empowering space to feel heard and seen. I coach using powerful and transformational practices like mindfulness to cultivate self-awareness & presence; and NLP to rewire and create a growth mindset. The results you can expect include going from second-guessing yourself to gaining clarity and confidence to make decisions, to feeling empowered to set boundaries and take aligned actions. Sessions are usually 45-60 mins.
