About Gianluca
I'm a 32-year-old Italian guy, deeply rooted in this land rich with traditions and flavours. My life in Italy isn't just a geographical fact; it's a daily immersion in a culture where food is far more than simple nourishment. It's about love, sharing, history, and identity. My immense passion for cooking and baking didn't come about by chance. Growing up here, I learned that every dish tells a story, every ingredient has its dignity, and time spent in the kitchen is an act of love. For me, cooking and baking are both a form of art and a way to express myself. I lose myself in the intense aromas of a sauce simmering slowly, the softness of dough rising, and the joy of watching a dessert take shape in the oven.
