About Aoife
For much of my early life, I was searching for meaning moving from job to job and country to country, always looking for the next opportunity, the next sense of fulfillment. Outwardly, I was successful, but inwardly, I felt increasingly disconnected. The more I achieved, the less content I became with myself.
Despite my longstanding practice with holistic therapies, I reached a point where I knew that external success would never bring the self-acceptance and contentment that I was craving. I realized I needed to stop running away from myself and start listening, to face my past, understand my patterns, and reconnect with myself on a deeper level.
Through this decade-long process of self-discovery, I became deeply connected to my body, my emotions, and my inner wisdom. I explored countless modalities and techniques from reflexology, yoga, meditation, EFT, Sound Healing to Shamanic practices and Coaching. These came to me at different chapters in my life as little building blocks to help me decipher the insights hidden beneath the noise of my own mind. Slowly, I began to create a life that felt more fulfilling, peaceful, and aligned.
Now, my mission is to help others who find themselves in that same place of confusion or exhaustion. For those of you who are trying to balance the stresses of modern life, competing priorities, and the quiet longing to simply feel at peace with yourself and your choices.

My own journey into coaching and personal growth has involved tens of thousands of hours and euros invested in learning, training and doing the work myself.
