About Matthew
With a bachelor's in maths, and multiple years of experience in teaching it, I have a clear passion for the subject. I love sharing this passion with the younger generation, helping to build their confidence and skill to prepare them for the world or to study maths at a higher level. I am well practised in tailoring my approach to my different students, finding methods and explanations that work for all types of learners. When I'm not teaching, I love cycling, films, and working on my latest artistic project.

We will identify areas of weakness in the topics you've studied in class and perfect these skills together. I aim to build fundamental understanding of concepts as well as practising methods and exam skills by working through examples and practice questions together. I will tailor your lessons to the level you work at, providing varying difficulty and challenge as required.
I am a qualified maths teacher with three years of experience teaching at secondary level and a BSc degree in maths. Lessons are 1-2 hours depending on your preference. I can teach ages 11-18 for Key Stage 3, GCSE, or A-Level.
