About Tati
My name is Tati, and I’m someone who finds peace and purpose in movement, nature, and stillness. I’ve always believed that the body holds wisdom, that through dancing, breathing, and simply being present, we can return to a sense of balance and clarity. I feel most myself when I’m surrounded by nature, walking barefoot on the grass, listening to the wind, or watching the rhythm of the ocean. Those moments remind me to slow down and reconnect, both with the world around me and with myself. Meditation has become a big part of my life, teaching me patience, awareness, and how to find calm even in the busiest moments. I love exploring how movement and mindfulness can bring people closer to themselves, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. At my core, I’m someone who values authenticity, softness, and connection. I love to inspire others to feel grounded in their bodies and open in their hearts, to move, breathe, and live with intention.

My classes are guided by mindfulness, balance, and awareness of breath. I combine structure with intuition, allowing each session to flow naturally depending on the student’s needs and energy. My teaching draws from traditional yoga foundations learnt in Nepal, Vipassana meditation practice, and my ongoing studies in Kundalini and Tantra yoga. I focus on helping students connect deeply with their bodies, improve posture, flexibility, and focus, while cultivating inner calm and self-awareness. Each class weaves together movement, stillness, and breathwork (pranayama), encouraging students to experience yoga as both a physical and meditative practice. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, though private sessions can be adjusted to suit the individual. I work with all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, always ensuring a supportive, safe, and inclusive space. As a certified instructor trained in Nepal, I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Restorative yoga, blending mindful alignment with a gentle spiritual perspective. My experience at StretchLab has also given me a deep understanding of body mechanics and assisted stretching, which I integrate into my teaching when appropriate. Ultimately, my approach is about helping each student find their own rhythm — a balance between strength and surrender, breath and movement, body and spirit — so that yoga becomes not just an exercise, but a way of living with awareness.
