About Bri
Hey! My name is Bri. I'm a certified personal trainer and am currently studying physiotherapy at university. Having completed a cert III and IV in Fitness, I have a great understanding of the course content and effective study techniques, finishing at the top of my class in final exams for both certifications. I have a passion for health and fitness and human anatomy, and believe I have a great approach to studying all fitness related topics. I love passing on everything I have learned, and believe that anyone can develop a solid understanding of their course content and achieve great grades. I'd love to be given the opportunity to tutor you and figure out the study style that will suit you best and get you through the rest of your course with ease.

I love taking a very practical approach to learning, but also value the importance of written theory work. I find the most effective sessions to be approximately 60 minutes in length, with the goal to answer any questions, develop a solid understanding of key concepts and give students study content to work on between lessons. I've assisted multiple other students completing either a Cert III and IV in Fitness or HSC level PDHPE, and have developed numerous effective strategies to help students learn and study the content. My lessons would be suitable for anyone studying a Cert III or IV in Fitness, completing High School level PDHPE, or University level general human anatomy.
