About EUNICE
I am a healthy lifestyle specialist and had given talks on healthy living in different settings. As a Health Trainer, I worked in an all male prison for almost 4 years before starting my Masters degree in 2018. My role included, providing nutritional support especially to with long term condition and those overweight/obese, also prescribed appropriate physical activity/exercises; health checks, well-being whee[ assessments and Self-Management course for those with long term conditions. As a PT I work with those who are keen to lose weight/gain or improve their diet. As a Fitness Instructor, I plan, organise and instruct fitness boot camp sessions, aerobics and resistant class for groups. I work with either families, a group of friends, brides to be, a community or on a one to one bases. I speak three Ghanaian languages (Twi, Ga, Fanti) and fluent in English.

Fitness sessions: usually, this will start with a warm up, and then we move unto HIIT (sometimes a mixture of cardio & resistant exercise or either one or the either);or either upper body or lower body exercise depending on what I have planned for the day.

After the 1st free session, all sessions need to be paid during booking, and cancellations need to be made within 24 hours for a full refund. If cancellation is due to injury or illness (evidence required) full refund will be given when evidence is received from a doctor.
