About Stephania
I am a mum of two boys, I started my fitness journey after having my second, I was overweight, feeling down and had no push in life, I started at a small gym and ended up at a boxing gym where I fought a won three bouts. I went from 120kgs to 84kgs. I want to help other mums feel good and healthy within themselves. I also battled with anxiety so I know exactly how the first session jitters can feel.
