About Karina
I have been teaching for four years in London in primary schools and have just returned to Australia. Over the past 4 years I have taught children ranging from ages 7-11 in mixed ability mainstream classrooms of approximately 28 children. I am now looking to rejoin the Australian workforce with the intention of utilising and expanding upon the skills I have developed over the past four years.

I’d like to think I hold the passion needed to make a positive difference in student’s lives. Everyday, I will strive to approach teaching using a humanistic approach considering the individual needs and different learning styles of each and every student. It is my strong desire as an educator to appreciate the multifaceted dimensions of learning and thus accommodate the varied learning paths it comprises of. Within our shared learning space, I would like to create a secure, caring and stimulating environment that fosters confident, creative learners while building the foundation for successful life long learning.
