About Charlotte
I am a well organised and enthusiastic primary teacher and have enjoyed a number of years experience in a variety of schools. I am a hard worker and am committed to helping pupils reach their full potential both in their education and general life skills. I work well both individually and as part of a team and I thrive on making learning fun, enjoyable and challenging. I am a qualified primary school teacher who has over 12 years experience. I have taught abroad and in the UK in both key stages. I pride myself on supporting all children in my care to reach their goals, adapting lessons when needed. I can teach a variety of subjects in both key stages. I'm keen and eager to support, encourage, inspire students, making learning as fun and enjoyable as possible. I use a number of methods to teach, trying to draw on my students interests. Practical lessons are done as often as possible. I take in to account my students learning styles, planning lessons to suit each student.

I base my teaching style on the students that are in my class. Creating a variety of lessons and activities that are practical based as well as the traditional style of teaching. I believe it's important that all methods are used so every child has the opportunity to learn and develop at their own speed. I continuously consolidate learning so children are 100% knowledgeable of the subject, unit taught.
