About Louise
I am a dedicated primary school teacher with 10 years' experience. I am passionate about inspiring children to reach their full potential while keeping learning engaging and enjoyable. I have taught all areas of the curriculum across KS2 and have particular expertise as a Year 6 teacher, preparing children for SATs without losing the joy of learning. I hold a Music degree and outside of teaching I enjoy playing the piano and harp. I also love walking my dog along the coast and enjoying the sunshine!

I am a qualified primary school teacher with 10 years’ whole class experience. I have tutored 1:1 and small group both in school and privately. I hold a BA in Music and a PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church University. I have taught all KS2 year groups and am an experienced Year 6 teacher, with a strong track record of preparing pupils for SATs. I work with children aged 6–11 across KS2. My teaching approach is tailored to each child’s individual needs, using assessment to identify gaps and target areas for development, while building confidence through positive, supportive relationships. Lessons are engaging, structured, and adapted to suit each learner, typically lasting 30–60 minutes.
