About Harry
I’m a Science teacher with an MSc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and a PGCE in Secondary Science. I believe education is the key to improving lives and am passionate about helping students reach their full potential. I make science engaging and accessible, encouraging curiosity and building confidence in learners of all abilities. Teaching allows me to share my love of science while supporting each student’s growth, helping them develop knowledge, skills, and a lifelong passion for learning.

As a qualified Biology teacher with an MSc, I design my lessons around each student’s individual needs. A typical session lasts 60 minutes and begins with a short review of previous learning before introducing new concepts through clear explanations, diagrams, and real-life examples. I use a mix of questioning, interactive tasks, and exam-style practice to check understanding and develop problem-solving skills. My teaching style is patient and encouraging, aiming to build confidence as well as knowledge. Lessons are tailored for GCSE Science students of all abilities, with a strong focus on exam technique, revision strategies, and making complex ideas accessible and enjoyable.
