About Sarah

I'm a qualified secondary school German teacher based in South Dublin / North Wicklow with over 20 years' experience teaching in both Ireland and Germany.

With native-level fluency in German (speaking, writing, and pronunciation), I specialise in preparing students for the Junior and Leaving Cert exams. I hold a Masters degree in teaching German and the highest CEFR level in German. Over the years, students who have begun online lessons with me have consistently continued with me throughout their exam years.

"Sarah is a great tutor. Her lessons were very helpful for my son who is doing the leaving cert exam this year. He finds her the best German teacher he dealt with.
We strongly recommend Sarah for leaving cert students." Sherif

"Sarah is an outstanding German tutor. She is very reliable, patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about teaching. Overall, I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough." Rosie

Sarah worked with our son for his leaving cert 6th year and we found here to be very pleasant and easy to deal with. In our sons words “She helped me through a very tough year and my German improved exponentially over the year and I highly recommend her” Sarahs structured approach meant he was ready for the oral exam, the paper exam and the aural exam at exactly the appropriate times. She adapted to our sons’ particular needs based on his standard when she first worked with him. Overall our son’s appreciation and aptitude for German increased in the year he worked with Sarah. We are very grateful to Sarah.
