I have an Undergraduate degree in Biomedical science and PGCE with QTS. I am a DBS checked secondary school science teacher who currently works at a secondary school in the UK. I deliver sessions for KS3 science, GCSE combined and triple science and A level Biology (I mainly follow the AQA or OCR syllabus but can tailor to other boards). I have 3+ years teaching and tutoring experience and have helped students succeed in their exams. Sessions are delivered online and are typically 1 hour. Time slots are available evenings, weekends and school holidays. I like to get to know a bit about pupils as an individual to tailor tutoring to the individual need of student and assess their strengths and areas of improvement. From here a typical session will include covering a specific topic using excellent teaching resources, working through some questions together and finishing with exam style questions to solidify the knowledge we have covered. I am a patient, enthusiastic and experienced individual who looks forward to helping students achieve their goals!
