About Ali
As a qualified teacher working in a school, I am DBS checked and have experience teaching a diverse range of pupils. I am passionate about helping students see the beauty and logic behind maths and physics. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, understandable steps and supporting pupils in building genuine confidence. My expertise enables me to challenge students beyond a surface-level understanding, encouraging them to think critically and make meaningful connections between concepts.

My lessons are typically one or two hours, as a qualified teacher with access to exclusive exam-board resources, each session is tailored to each student’s needs. I teach pupils from Key Stage 3 through to A-Level, supporting Year 7–8 students keen to get ahead, GCSE learners aiming for strong grades, and Sixth Formers preparing for university. I can help maths and physics concepts ‘click’ for students who’ve previously struggled, while also challenging high achievers to excel and stand out in applications.
