About Bongekile
I am a teacher and hairdresser. I teach Business Studies, Accounting, Life Skills, Economics and English as a Foreign Language. I hold a buchelors degree in Business Management with majors: Accounting, Business Management, Taxation, Auditing, and Insurance. I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, majoring with Business Studies and Economic and Management Sciences. I also hold a GA Level 3 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.

My teaching strategy is Self-regulated learning, which involves learning methods whereby students are more active and learn to take more responsibility for their learning. This method promotes research and discovery by learners. They become independent learners, thus becoming lifelong learners. My job as a teacher is to guide, direct, coach and facilitate. I am not a feeder of knowledge to students but their helper/ coach as they explore and discover new knowledge. This method is not limited by the quantity a student can take in but it draws knowledge from the rich pool of knowledge inside a learner's mind and take it out, this cannot be limited by the ability of the mind to take in.
