An experienced History tutor with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and PGCE with over 10 years experience working with students of all abilities. I am a strong believer in making learning enjoyable while still developing the key skills required to achieve the best grade possible and as a result, my lessons are student-led with the teacher as a facilitator. All lessons include a strong emphasis on reviewing and assessing students understanding and progress against the learning objectives of the lesson. I also believe that it is vitally important to tailor learning to the needs and style of each student and to focus on specific areas of development.
Lessons are typically one hour and I am confident in tutoring all age groups from primary through to university and adult learners.
