About Sophia
I am a qualified teacher with a 2:1 B.Sc Hons in maths from Southampton University and over 15 years teaching experience. I have taught both primary aged children and adults in a variety of schools and my maths lessons are regularly rated ‘outstanding’. I am friendly, patient and experienced in building confidence and ensuring my students fulfil their potential. I have always been passionate about maths and I have worked in both challenging environments and outstanding schools.
As well as teaching for 15 years, I have tutored A-level maths, GCSE maths and, while living in Ireland, Junior Cert and Leaving Cert maths.
