I am currently a teaching assistant in a secondary school, where I support students in developing their understanding and confidence in learning. I believe every student can excel in maths with the right guidance and support. My lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style, ensuring concepts are explained clearly and practised step by step. I focus on building confidence, problem-solving skills, and a solid foundation that helps students not only pass exams but truly understand the subject. I believe that starting a lesson off with a recap and recall is very important as it shows what the student can remember from previous lessons and also tells us what they need to focus on still and their weak areas. I also believe having the most practice and going through past papers and exam questions is very useful as it gives you the right exam skills. Whether you’re struggling with basics or aiming for top grades, my approach is patient, supportive, and designed to help you succeed.
