About Esme
For the past 9 years, I have been committed to nurturing young voices and guiding students from school to college level in their singing journey. Music has always been a source of inspiration in my life, and I feel honoured to share that inspiration through teaching. Over time, I have helped many students improve their vocal strength, expand their range, and gain the courage to perform before an audience.
Watching their steady improvement and growing confidence has been one of the most meaningful achievements of my career. My lessons are carefully designed to include breathing techniques, pitch stability, rhythm training, voice modulation, and emotional interpretation of songs.
I believe that learning should be disciplined yet enjoyable. I encourage students to practise regularly, stay consistent, and believe in their abilities. My goal is not only to train skilled singers but also to build confident individuals who express themselves freely through music.

My teaching strategy for Singing is centred on helping students achieve steady progress while maintaining vocal health and expressive authenticity. Through flexibility, I adjust lesson content and exercises according to each student’s evolving needs and capabilities. Empathy allows me to identify emotional barriers that may affect performance, while compassion ensures that guidance is delivered with patience and encouragement.
I emphasise clear communication to break down complex vocal techniques such as breath support, tonal resonance, pitch consistency, phrasing, and articulation into manageable and structured steps. Regular feedback sessions and guided practice plans help students track measurable growth.
Collaboration strengthens commitment and motivation, as students actively engage in choosing repertoire and preparing performances. In addition to Singing, I provide instruction in Music Theory basics, Ear Training development, Vocal Care practices, and Stage Performance strategies for comprehensive musical advancement.
