About Anne
I am passionate about ensuring women over 40 have their best body through perimenopause and beyond. As I have 2 children and I am 49 years old, I know what it's like to suffer some of the terrible symptoms of perimenopause. I have also learned how to manipulate diet and exercise to reduce those symptoms. I have well over 15 years of international experience as a PT, and have competed in a wide range of sports, from trail running to touch to fitness competitions. I have also either tried myself, or seen clients try, a wide range of “fashionable” methods promoted on social media, so I know what works, and what does not, for us ladies over 40.

I have my own studio in Albany, Auckland, where I have all my 1:1 clients. I also offer a range of services online to clients, from follow-along videos, to fully customized workout plans with demonstration videos so that clients can execute in the gym. If clients have a goal, I also create all their programming leading up to that goal. Everything can be adapted to the individual client’s needs, budget, and timeframes. I also run small group pods for online clients who wish to have peer support.
